💳 FAQ – Payments & Platform
How are donations transferred?
We use Mastercard’s transfer service. When a voting period ends, the payment lifecycle follows four steps:
- Pending – A payment is created once voting closes.
- Sent – Payment is included in a file sent to Mastercard with a disposition date.
- Debited – Mastercard debits the company’s account on that date.
- Completed – Funds are transferred to the NGO’s bank account one day later.
What do I need to get started?
Just a list of employee emails and your budget. We’ll take care of the rest.
What if we already support a cause?
No problem! We can most likely add your existing cause or organization to the platform – just let us know.
Who decides where the funds go?
Funds are allocated based on employee votes.
Only active CompanyWallet donors (voters) influence where the donations go – a democratic principle.

How does Actnation generate revenue?
Actnation does not take a percentage of donations.
