Set up Mastercard Transfers for Your Company

Welcome! This guide walks you through how to activate secure, automated donation payments via Mastercard’s Overførselsservice.

Step 1: Fill out the form in actnation

In your actnation dashboard, go to:

Settings → Payments → Mastercard

Enter your company details.

Note: This form is for internal use only. It does not send anything to Mastercard.

Step 2: Complete the application on Mastercard’s portal

After submitting your form in actnation, follow this link to begin the official Mastercard setup:

You’ll need:

• MitID Erhverv login

• Company bank details

• Authorized signatory with power of attorney

Step 3: Fill out the Mastercard form

You’ll be asked to:

• Log in with MitID

• Confirm your company (based on CVR)

• Add a contact person

• Fill in your bank registration + account number

• Answer “No” to “Are you a data supplier?”

  → Then enter actnation’s CVR: 43734342

• Skip the “NemKonto” section

• Review and sign the agreement with MitID

If your company requires multiple signers, co-signers will automatically be notified.

Step 4: Bank verification

Your bank will receive the application and approve it.

Mastercard will notify you once it’s verified.

Step 5: Done!

You’ll receive final confirmation from Mastercard.

At this point, actnation can process donations via Overførselsservice at the end of each month.

Can I use actnation before this is approved?

Yes! You can vote, manage wallets, and receive reports. Payments will be processed once your Mastercard setup is complete.

Where can I check my status?

• A simplified status is visible under Settings → Payments in actnation

• For full details, log in to: https://overfoerselsservice.mastercard.com

How do I cancel the Mastercard agreement?

Go to: https://www.osmps.dk/overfoerselsservice/administrer/aftale/#opsig-aftale

Enter your account details and actnation’s CVR (43734342)

You can also deactivate the Mastercard connection from your actnation settings.

This will pause all donation-related activity in actnation — but your agreement will remain active in the Mastercard system until you cancel it directly.
