Corporate Gifting

Corporate gifting
that gives back

Send meaningful gifts that make a real difference — charity donations in the name of your clients, partners, or employees.

Gifts that mean something.
60%
of corporate gifts go unused. The rest end up in drawers, forgotten by January. Your employees deserve better than that.

The real cost

  • →Bad onboarding — people don't feel connected from day one
  • →Forgotten birthdays — disengagement grows quietly
  • →Generic gifts — culture feels transactional

Perfect for any occasion

From client appreciation to employee recognition.

👋

New employees

Welcome new employees with a charitable gift. They receive a personal gift wallet they can use on one or more charitable causes of their choice.

🎂

Birthdays

Important yearly moments are often forgotten or made generic. Automation makes sure nobody feels forgotten. Automate birthday gifts: the employee receives a gift wallet and chooses which charitable causes the gift should support.

🏅

Work anniversaries

Loyalty deserves more than a standardised "congrats". Scale the amount by tenure. Let them choose causes that match where they are in life. Shows you see them, not just their resume.

🏆

Team wins

Reward shared results with a shared gift wallet the team can use to support the causes they care about.

⭐

Individual milestones

Personal milestones deserve personal recognition. Whether an employee hits a sales target, completes an important project or achieves something special, you can mark the moment with a charitable gift. The employee chooses which causes the gift should support.

📈

Promotions

A promotion deserves more than a standard gift. Give a charitable gift the employee can split between the causes that matter most to them.

From setup to first gift in minutes.

Maria's birthday is Monday. Here's what happens — without you lifting a finger.

Step 1

Set your triggers

Choose what activates a gift — a new employee's first day, a milestone birthday, a work anniversary, or any custom event you define. Set it once. It runs forever.

Step 2

It runs automatically

8am Monday: Maria gets an email. She picks 3 causes close to her heart — not what HR guessed she'd want, not another gift card. Done in 60 seconds. You did nothing.

Step 3

She has 7 days to choose

A reminder goes out after 3 days. A deadline creates action. No pressure — just a window for a meaningful decision.

Step 4

Everyone sees the impact

Maria sees her donations. You see team engagement. Causes receive funds directly. Full transparency. You're not guessing what matters to your people — you're learning what does.

Gifting with purpose.

Gifting is one of the most personal ways to show you care. Here is what companies that use gifting as part of their strategy know:

They believe employees are individuals, not resources

Not numbers on spreadsheets. People with their own values, passions, and causes they care about. Maria cares about mental health. Jonas supports climate because he has kids. Sofia gives to animal welfare because she grew up on a farm. These aren't random preferences — they're who people are.

They know the old playbook is broken

Gift cards nobody uses. Company swag in drawers. Generic recognition that feels hollow. HR hours spent on logistics nobody appreciates. There's no defending it anymore.

They understand culture is built, not declared

You can't policy your way to belonging. Culture happens in moments — how you welcome someone on day one, how you remember birthdays, whether you let employees choose what to support or choose for them.

They know automation should serve humanity, not replace it

Actnation uses automation to create space for human choice. The tech handles logistics so people can focus on what matters — choosing causes close to their hearts. Removing friction, not removing humanity.

There's no minimum gift amount per se, but we recommend at least 50 DKK per gift to make the experience feel meaningful to the employee. You can set different amounts for different occasions — a birthday gift might be 100 DKK while a work anniversary at 5 years could be 500 DKK.
