The models work independently or together. Most companies start with Corporate Giving and add Payroll Giving or Gifting as they grow.
Set your annual or monthly giving budget
In your Actnation dashboard, you set one shared giving budget for the voting period — for example, a monthly or annual pool. This is the Company Wallet: there are no individual per-employee credits. Instead, employees cast votes for the NGO campaigns they care about, and each campaign receives its share of the budget based on its share of the votes.

Each employee receives votes to allocate to their preferred charities from an approved list.
Actnation collects votes and pools the donations
At the end of each cycle, Actnation tallies all employee votes and calculates the donation amounts per charity. The more votes a cause receives, the larger its share of the pooled budget.

Actnation transfers donations directly to the receiving charities — no middlemen, no platform fee deducted from donations. Employees receive a personal impact summary. You receive a company-wide donation report, ready for your CSR or ESG filing.
Employee opts in and sets their monthly amount
From their Actnation wallet, each employee chooses how much to donate per month from their salary — as low as 50 DKK. They select their causes, and optionally provide their CPR number to qualify for a Danish tax deduction.
The deduction syncs automatically through Zenegy
Because Payroll Giving runs through your live Zenegy connection, each employee's deduction syncs automatically before your payroll cutoff — no CSV to send, no manual entry for your payroll team. It appears in Zenegy exactly like a lunch scheme or pension contribution line.

Actnation collects and forwards the donations
After payroll runs, Actnation collects the synced donation amounts and forwards them to each employee's chosen charities.

Set up automated gift triggers
In your Actnation dashboard, define when a donation gift should be sent — birthdays, work anniversaries, new hires, promotions, or team wins. Set the occasion, the amount, and whether it's individual or team-wide. Actnation handles the rest automatically.
Employee receives a personal notification
When a trigger fires, the employee receives a notification: "Your company has made a donation in your name — choose which charity receives it." The message arrives in their Actnation wallet and optionally by email.
Employee chooses their cause — in 30 seconds
The employee browses verified charities and picks one to receive the donation. It takes under a minute, feels personal, and leaves a lasting impression — far more than a voucher or branded mug ever would.
